Is the US Headed for a Vietnam 2.0 in the Middle East?

If this becomes, you know, a drawn out Vietnam 2.0 in the Middle East, and this war goes on for years, which it, you know, involving hundreds of thousands of US troops, if not more, maybe a US military draft on top of that. Yeah, I mean, remember, when America fought Vietnam, right? Vietnam was a tiny country. I think Iran is bigger than Vietnam. But, um, we fought Vietnam and we lost that war. We didn't win. We act, I mean, we actually lost. We didn't achieve any of the objectives that we had. But we lost a lot of Americans and the war became extremely unpopular. Uh, you know, we got a lot of good music that came out of that war, and I like a lot of that that music from this this the '60s, early '70s, that was related to the war. But other than that, I mean, it was a complete disaster. And and people would have thought, you know, America, we were a more powerful nation then than we are now.
