the extent of, you know, foreign funding of journalists, you know, is unclear. Um, you've definitely got, you know, this foreign fundering of social media influencers out there pushing, you know, their their narratives. $7,000 a pop, you know, to to support the state of Israel, for example. Um, uh, But yeah, we, you know, the the I guess I'm more optimistic of as far as centralization of media goes. I I I feel like the uh, you know, the evening news, the major three networks. I mean this this complete non-item anymore, you know, it used to be. Uh, network news, you're seeing it being wildly outperformed by Tucker Carlson and Joe Rogan, you know, uh, you people who are intellectually honest, people, you know, exploring a whole whole range of viewpoints, challenging narratives. So, um, I guess I'm a little more on the optimistic side. I think I think modern mainstream journalism is dead and I think what's thriving though is independent journalism, uh, that's decentralized into what, Substack, podcasts, independent creators and citizen investigators.
