Palantir, USDA & Technocommunism: The Future of Our Food?

So Palantir is an has announced a $300 million deal with the USDA which will use the company's software in farmland management. Farmers face rising supply costs spurred by the war in Ukraine and an ongoing um sorry, it's a bit small for me, trade war with key partners including China and um basically they're going to it does say here, it's going to use the company's technology to manage farmland as geopolitical risks threaten global supply chains. So, what a perfect opportunity for Palantir to sweep in and save the day as we have geopolitical tensions threatening supply chain uh Mike, I mean this is crazy. Well, it's not even clear to me how they tried to explain the concept that centralizing control over farming decisions under an AI brain would somehow make farming work better. That that just makes no sense to me at all. It it should be up to individual individual farmers. You know, we need decentralized community-based farming. That's the most redundant system. Uh but putting it all under centralized control, which is basically let's just call it what it is. It's technocommunism. You know, to tell the farmers, you're allowed to plant this, but ...
