USA's AI Future: A Manhattan Project Solution?

What would you advise if the White House called you and said, "Hey, what should we do about this?" You know, how do we protect, we got to protect Anthropic and OpenAI because it it's all about protection isn't it now. But we don't want to crush US startups. What should we do? What would you tell the White House? Well, first of all, we have to have a Manhattan Project. And second of all, we can't have all these AI scientists siloed, uh, you know, in different places, uh coming up with innovations like I'm coming up with innovations and I'm siloing it. You got OpenAI over there. They're they're they're siloing. They're working in secret and they're not sharing their advances with Anthropic. And Anthropic's doing the same with OpenAI. And what that effect what the effect of that is, is that um our technological progress is going to go slower than it otherwise could.
