US vs. China: The AI Energy Race & High Bills

Whereas China, you know, they've been building energy infrastructure for decades while we were shutting it down in the US. So China's got the cheapest power or among the cheapest and they've they've got they can scale even though they don't have as many data centers as we do, they can scale in a way that we can't. And I don't you see that China's going to be sort of the inference exporter hub of the world just because of cheap energy and unlimited data center construction? Yeah, and they're going to get the leap head. Like if you see this graph between the amount of power being laid down between the United States and China, what you see is the United States is flat. It's been flat since about 1996. And China's just just going up, right? And it's uh solar, uh it's nuclear, it's fossil fuel, it's coal, it's all these it's a Sgasburg of popery of different energy technologies that they're laying down so that they can generate more and push more electrons through their electrical grid. Um right now, the barrier in the United States is this legacy of, you know, no to more energy generation. ...
