Why the Supreme Court Isn't Acting: The Power of Local Action

So why isn't our Supreme Court in your view pushing back against this? You you can't, you can't just bypass the fourth Amendment by electing a proxy to violate someone's fourth Amendment rights. Yeah. I I think the answer to that is because enough men haven't risen up, women too. But men need to start making waves and the elected officials and even the bureaucrats and the Supreme Court and all them, they're not going to do anything until enough of us say enough is enough. And I don't know if you heard about this, it's really interesting. I don't have the name of the town, but there's a town in Missouri, uh just last month, where uh the city council approved data centers to go up in their town. Immediately, they held an emergency vote and they kicked off half the city council members in this little town in Missouri. Yeah. Yeah. You know what, we're going to have to start doing that. Uh going through the legal routes, uh the lawful routes, I should say of holding our elected officials accountable and making waves that start locally that end up on a state and a federal level and ...
