AI Won't Steal Your Job: The Human Upgrade

Let me ask you to address this related question that I get from people all the time. I talk about what AI can do, I talk about content generation and AI cognition and augmented human cognition with the help of AI. And then the the argument that comes to me is, well, they're going to replace all the humans in the corporations. And I'm like, wait a second. I think people are going to upgrade to more important roles and it's going to end the drudgery of humans doing silly repetitive things. That's my take on it. What what do you say? I I'm a thousand times with you. Um, and by the way, let's just be data driven about this. We've seen this uh repeatedly throughout history, okay? My favorite example is if you go back to the 1970s, we created ATMs for the first time where we could essentially automate banking. And there was all sorts of hand-wringing. Oh my god, what will we do with bank tellers roaming the streets aimlessly, how will society absorb this? Uh, we'll have chaos reigning, etc, etc. All this hand-wringing happened.
