So it sounds like you're describing gangsters defending their territory really That's that's what it feels like to be on the receiving end of it I would imagine I would imagine and um hemp is still listed federally as a schedule one substance isn't it No no so in 2018 President Trump signed the 2018 Farm Bill which exempted hemp below 0.3% Delta 9 THC schedule one So what this latest uh legislation that happened in uh Congress uh November I think it was where they passed what was essentially a ban bill what they did was redefined what hemp was and that was that effort was led by Mitch McConnell from Kentucky the Bourbon state Yeah well Mitch McConnell is not our favorite senator that's for sure um Is he even isn't he retiring at this point I you know I've heard that for so long but yet he's still there It's it's bizarre Yeah uh his nickname is the Turtle by the way for those uh watching and if you look at him you'll understand why Seems like he could actually use a little CBD uh because He really could I tell you what there are so many ...
