New Law Betrays Therapeutic CBD & Hemp

This new federal law which was also supported by the Trump administration. This law basically outlaws the therapeutic or medicinal category, but it it allows it allows the the get high usage of THC with additional regulatory uh oversight and so on. But but the the therapeutic CBD extracts that normally have a tiny amount of THC as you're saying, to activate certain components of the endocannabinoid system. That's being completely effectively outlawed. Is that, is that right? Yes. So this is a complete betrayal of the whole, I mean, the whole promise was we're going to remove it from schedule one, right? And allow people to to grow and use it therapeutically at certain levels. I mean, this is worse than the old law. It is and it makes me cry because now our research and can still focus on the cannabinoid system and really identify what's good for us or not because if the hemp, the natural hemp that was recreational, like now we can't even research and, and we can't enforce it for medical schools, we can't allow our system to truly understand the full benefits behind the plant and endocannabinoid system because of this new law. ...
