So, Hakeem, have there actually been any activist movements successful in getting data centers kicked out of their communities? There is one that I'm paying attention to and it I think it's close to you guys in Texas. Um, that is one in San Marcos. So, this report I'm working on, which you guys can download at the AIDataCenterMap.org, it goes into this. I did case studies of the entire legal life cycle of these data centers to look at the point where you could actually stop them. So this small town in, uh, Central Texas close to Austin, was able to kick out a two billion dollar data center. Wow. And um, Hakeem, by the way, the locals pronounce that incorrectly, they pronounce it San Marcos, even though it's spelled San Marcos, clearly. But just just for your information, that's how the locals pronounce it and that's a college town. So that is a very liberal college town. And I've noticed that politically, the Democrats are far more opposed to these data centers than Republicans right now. Republicans are are arguing, oh, this is pro-business and we have to compete with China and and all all all of this. ...
