China's Energy Security: Debunking the Myth of Vulnerability

We have so much to cover here and so little time, but first, let's cover one of the myths that is often propagated by people in America. They think that Trump waging war against Iran is closing the straight in a way that will hurt China first. That China will suffer the most pain and therefore Trump is victorious. Um, what is your answer to that common perception? So, I don't think that's exactly accurate, uh, Michael, like the common perception, because China has been working over the last 20 years or even more to, um, ensure that it has energy security. I mean, I live in Hong Kong, I travel to China a lot. I'm back and forth on a weekly basis, essentially. And I can tell you right now that, um, there are zero signs of, um, energy scarcity in China. Yeah. Like zero signs. You know, if you understand China, let me tell you this. Let me tell your audience this.
