Challenging FDA Censorship: Why Chevron's Fall Wasn't Enough

I was a little bit taken aback at at the idea realizing how long this is going to take because I thought once the Chevron doctrine fell, that there would be a cascade, I mean, perhaps I'm just naive. I don't understand how the courts work, but I thought there would be a cascade of decisions stemming from that that I have not seen. It sounds like you and A&H have to sue for every inch of progress, even though the Chevron doctrine has has already fallen. That's true, and you're a part of that litigation. That's true. We are. But I yes, that's true. It's it's it's the sad reality that when the law changes even fundamentally like this, it does not translate immediately into the uh the the the elimination of all of the regulations that are in place that violate these principles. They have to be challenged. You have to take them to court over it. And so that's what we're doing.
