Cloud Wars: Iran's Allegations and the Dubai Floods Mystery

In 2010, uh, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, he said that European countries were stealing Iran's rain. Okay? And then he said it again in 2011, and in 2012 in front of the United Nations. Flash forward to 2018, Brigadier General Golam Jalali, um, an Iranian, I don't know if he's GC or he's just general from Iran. He said, Israel is stealing our clouds. The next year he said, Israel and other surrounding countries are making our clouds barren. And then finally, I believe it was 2021, he said, Israel and the United Arab Emirates are stealing our clouds. Now, I think we all remember the Dubai floods that occurred. Yeah. And it seemed to me like payback.
