The Secret History of Hurricane Control: Carbon Black Dust Exposed

The Department of Homeland Security in 2008 had a hurricane modification workshop in Boulder, Colorado. And at that um conference, they you know, scientists came with their best ideas. How can we steer or mitigate a hurricane? And guess what? All of them, like all but maybe one, which was cloud ionization, all of them were chemical because they've always been chemical from Project Sirius to Project Storm Fury, to the Department of Homeland Security in 2008. It's always been chemicals and carbon black dust has been one of the secret chemicals that most people never even heard of. Um in 1958, Florence van Straton was able to create clouds on demand by just dumping liquid filled um carbon black dust or just big bags of powdered carbon black dust out the back of a plane. So she was able to make chemtrails, big, straight, stripes of cirrus clouds on demand in 1958. Um in 1974, William Gray wrote a paper called Carbon Dust Absorption of Solar Radiation.
