Florida's Geoengineering Ban: Political Theater or Real Change?

Now, I live in Florida. I have discerning eyes and I call bullshit. The law is simply political theater, symbolic nonsense. Um, look, Jim, I don't need all the answers. I just need someone to explain why the sky suddenly has more activity than my neighborhood Facebook group. Uh, how do you scientific, how do we scientifically debunk the alleged ban because I see it, Jim. It there's no ban over Florida. So this is, this is where, you know, like this is probably the most controversial topic that I I talk about is, you know, chem trails. And, you know, I've looked at 20 years of people making claims about chem trails. And here's, here's the rub. Banning weather modification and geoengineering is a good thing. Can you actually enforce it? Can you enforce banning cloud seating? Yes. In fact, you know, multiple states, um, Texas is probably the best example of it, has the most cloud seating projects of just about anywhere.
